Medical transport is very expensive. Medical facilities may require confirmation of insurance coverage, guarantee of payment or an up-front deposit before admitting patients. Make sure you get travel insurance that includes coverage for medical evacuation and hospital stays.

COVID – 19
We’re aware the situation is evolving and vastly different around the world. All Dinacon participants, staff, and facilitators are required to be double vaccinated. If the situation does not continue to improve, we will take precautions (and cancel or postpone the conference) if needed. As of writing this in November 2021, we are hoping to see the situation continue to improve before the conference. Find an updated page on the current situation here.
